The old building and rooms

Good location. Beds comfortable.

Rooms a little small.

Hotel is good and adequate, centrally connected. Comfortable stay.

Breakfast was decent and adequate, but we could have had 1/2 more Veg items

It is in a quiet little corner of the City, near Little India and 2 MRT stations.

The little restaurant in the reception area was not available, and there was no concierge nor brochures or maps, though the reception people were able to provide local area maps and limited information.

Very old hotel, don’t have water in the room, no sleepers, very dirty room, very bad smell

Didn’t like the property. But, the restaurants outside the hotel are nice, especially the Italian one.

The property is outdated, inside and outside. Also too much construction around the property.

We got upgraded to a better room as there was a mixed-up in the initial room allocation. Breakfast was excellent and the staff services especially at the front office was really good. The nearest MRT station was only a few minutes walk away.

The location is unbearable and it’s a quaint property with a stunning historical style, the rooms are nice and clean.

Room was not what we expected. We had views of a building site and spotlights where left on all nite in the building site which lite up the room.We also had a bar below us which would play karaoke at night and would keep us up at night.We stayed there a few times years ago in the same rooms and where expecting better and bigger rooms for a family room.

I stayed with my family for 3 nights and checked in late in the evening but was easily processed. the room we stayed in was good but the view from our window was always kept closed as some construction work was going on. The breakfast was good with little alterations on daily basis and fruits were fresh also we had dinner for 2 nights in the on site restaurant which was good for us. From our hotel the cab pick up and drop is convenient and without any hitch so you can travel anywhere and any distance (I used grab services). Our stay is just 5 minutes walk from little India.

Nothing much to say here

The manager and staff were phenomenal, going out of their way to help us and provide all necessary information and assistance. They were above the norm.

The hotel was convenient to the local metro system, which we used several times. Otherwise, there were short walks to other locations that were on our list to see.

Amazing Staff specially Ayub sir, and the location is decent. MRT is nearby.The staff is courteous and accommodating. They tried their best to give us a good experience.

The rooms were extremely damp a, due to which there was a wierd smell in the room which seemed like mildew/ mold. The staff sprayed air fresher, but it only masked the smell for some time.The good and the bad part was the bars/ restaurants right outside the room balcony, which makes it hard to sleep with all the noise.

Spacious room and comfortable bed with option to choose different pillow types. Extremely kind personnel. They always had my back and were very kind to help with anything.

Unfortunately the hotel is close to a construction site, a little noisy also during the night, but this is nothing the hotel can do.

Good location

The bedroom was not soundproof and too old . The breakfast room was not too small.

Location is decent, but lots of construction outside

Window is facing street with nonstop construction, you can’t even open the curtain as workers can directly see you in the room. Room is very old and lack of renovation or maintenance. Sink is extremely tiny in the washroom with no place to even put a toothbrush. Bed is very hard and uncomfortable. This is a four star hotel but I feel like it’s a three star at best. Stay away and I do not recommend.

The staffs were very helpful and kind. They lend us umbrella, for everyone when it was raining. They even offered me a help for calling a taxi for me when it was so difficult to get Grab car. These small act of kindness means everything when we needed the most. We are so grateful. May God continually bless this hotel and all the staffs ??
